TRAINING
We design and deliver training on trade law, negotiation and diplomacy for government officials, diplomats, companies, trade associations and young professionals. Beyond technical knowledge, we help participants think strategically about international rules: how to maximize the gains they offer and reduce their exposure to risk. Every programme is built around your objectives and grounded in practice.

WHAT WE TEACH
Our programmes cover the main areas of international trade and investment law and practice:
• WTO law and dispute settlement
• Trade remedies: anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures
• Free trade agreements, rules of origin and market access
• Investment treaties and investor-State disputes
• Interest-based negotiation and multilateral diplomacy
• Mediation, conciliation and dispute prevention
• Trade and sustainable development: trade and health, trade and labour, and trade and the environment
HOW WE WORK
We begin with a needs assessment, to identify your training needs and set clear learning objectives, and design structured, practical courses built around real cases and your priorities.
Formats include tailored courses for teams and institutions, seminars and expert talks on specific topics, and negotiation simulations and moot-court exercises.
Training is delivered in English, French or Spanish.
